Interior & Exterior Process'
Interior Process
At Brother Painting Inc we make sure to follow the necessary steps in order to ensure the quality of our job.
1)Set up
Any furniture or decor will be placed in the center of the room and will be covered new plastic sheets and all flooring will be covered with drop cloths
2)Preparation
We will fill any holes or cracks on the ceilings and/or walls, seal any stains and sand any necessary surfaces
3)Paint
Add primer to areas that have been repaired then quality paint will be applied
4)Clean
When the project is complete we will remove all of our materials, we will sweep floors, vacuum any carpets and place furniture back where they belong
5)Inspect
After our own inspection we will give you a walkthrough giving you the opportunity to review our work and provide us with any feedback you might have.
Exterior Process
1)Wash
We make sure to wash necessary areas of your homes exterior by power washing or hand washing it to remove any dirt or mildew
2) Surface Preparation
Any loose paint is scraped and any gaps are.
3)Paint
Add primer to areas that have been repaired then quality paint will be applied
4)Clean
At the end of each day and upon completion of your project we will make sure to cleanup around your home and make sure any paintchips are removed.
5)Inspect
After our own inspection we will give you a walkthrough giving you the opportunity to review our work and provide us with any feedback you might have.
